Refund policy

1. The 7-Day Inspection Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible, your item must be in Original Deployment Condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• In the original packaging.

• Free of any scents, pet hair, or signs of use.

2. Non-Refundable Items (The Exception List)

Per UK law regarding "unsealed" goods or items that cannot be resold for hygiene/integrity reasons:

Mystery Boxes / Blind Boxes: Once the seal is broken or the box is opened, these are non-refundable. Since the value lies in the randomised drop, these are considered final sale.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a Clearance or Flash Sale event are non-refundable.

Jewellery: For hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping: The Hunter (customer) is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in the void during transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Tech

If your item arrives with a "System Error" (manufacturing defect), please contact us via the contact page on the website, within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Defective items will be replaced or refunded in full, including shipping costs.

5. However to Initiate a Return:

To begin the decryption process for a return, you must file a formal Sector Report via our Contact Us page. Please ensure your request includes the following information:

1. Your Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.

2. Your official order number must be clearly stated.

3. Deployment Details: In the Comments Box, please provide your full Shipping Address and a brief reason for the return request.

Once your report is received, a Specialist will review your data and issue a "Return Authorisation" (RA) report within 48 hours. Do not ship your item back until your RA has been issued.
